What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy addresses how your Personal Information is collected, used, processed, and disclosed by us in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) as well as applicable data protection laws and regulations.

What Personal Information do we collect?

We collect Personal Information through various means including online platform (accessible through our website at or through our mobile application, the MoneyX app (“Platform”) (i.e. when you use the contact form and when you register and/or login on the platform) and in the course of our business dealings with you. “Personal Information” is information that identifies and relates to you or other individuals related to you.
When ordering or registering on our Platform, as appropriate, you may be asked to submit your identification and contact information, financial information, sensitive information, information enabling us to provide personalized products and services, and/or marketing preferences and customer feedback.
